Site visit & Estimate.
We visit your home to determine the scope of work and provide an accurate estimate. Our site visit is free of charge in our listed areas.
(Project minimum: $200).
Schedule & Contract.
We schedule your project and sign a contract.
Note*: On larger jobs, we require 50% deposit upon signing the contract, and remainder upon completion. In some cases, 10% contingency is worked into the contract.
